Mostly it depends on the size, it's too large or have a file name that this form don't accept, 
( try to use .jpg or .gif)Do not despair if it doesn't work, just fill in the in the form, leave the image field blank and then send the image and the image information by e-mail, and we'll take care of the rest.
You don't have digital images. No problem send your photos by regular mail and we will take care of it.
